The House is a beautiful double storey holiday home single that runs around pristine fynbos with no houses on the opposite side of the house. It is situated in the idyllic holiday town Yzerfontein, and boasts sea views from the upper level, behind the beautiful fynbos.
This house can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, with a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, are 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, with 2 en-suite bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There’s a separate guest toilet. Downstairs are the other 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. It has a kitchenette area equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and also share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
This house features 2 fully equipped kitchens downstairs, and upstairs. The kitchens are each equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also dishwashers in both of the kitchens for guests’ convenience. In a separate scullery, there is a washing machine. The upstairs kitchen leads to a dining area and lounge furnished with comfy couches and a Smart TV. Guests can login to DStv, Netflix, and Apple TV, using their own login details. The lounge upstairs features an indoor indoor braai, and opens up to the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean.
The balcony has outdoor seating and an outdoor braai area, and is perfect for those late sundowners. The downstairs dining and lounge area opens up to the patio with outdoor seating, a braai area, and overlooks a big lawn area, perfect for the kids to run around.
The area has various activities on offer which includes fishing, skiing, surfing, hiking trails, as well as seasonal wildflowers. Guests can also take a drive to surrounding places like Buffelsfontein Wild and Nature Reserve, the West Coast National Park, !Khwa ttu, and Living Colors. This property is within close proximity of restaurants, deli’s, and the Swartland wine route.
