Description
This self-catering villa offers a relaxing retreat and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 infant under 2 years, with a cot available on request. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the other two bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven, as well as a spacious lounge and dining area, ideal for entertaining or enjoying meals together. The outdoor entertainment area is perfect for family getaways and includes a covered patio with braai facilities, a sparkling splash pool, and a fire pit – ideal for relaxing and creating memories. For added privacy, the entertainment area is not interleading with the bedrooms.

While the property management endeavours to keep disturbances to a minimum during the construction and improvement phases, they do apologise in advance for any inconvenience that such activities may cause guests during guests' stay.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.
Smoking in units, on patios, or in any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at its discretion, find that you and/ or your party have violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.
No noise or disturbance at any time, especially after 22:00. The playing of loud music at any time is not acceptable. The failure to adhere to this will result in the request to please vacate the unit and resort.
Please note that all facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted.
Full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.
The use of braais is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself. Portable barbecues are not permitted in the premises.
Please note that the resort cannot guarantee that villas, suites, or chalets booked are located close to one another.
Guests must produce a confirmation letter in hardcopy or digital form at the time of check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit of the same size to that indicated on the confirmation letter.
Cots are available upon request and are subject to availability.
All guests must provide proof of identification, such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport. Without proof of identification, the resort may deny guests access.
If, in the opinion of management, guests exceed the maximum designated capacity of a unit, guests may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may be charged to the guest.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, has special check-in procedures, and requires additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking of greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of a booking.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check-in, depending on the damages incurred during occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.
Please note that there will be refurbishments taking place in selected units from 25 July 2025 to 12 December 2025 and again from 22 May 2026 to 11 December 2026. Noise levels may fluctuate, and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please be advised that Acacia Terrace will be undergoing maintenance from 25 August 2025 to 21 December 2025. During this time, the restaurant will remain open and continue to serve guests with a limited menu. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit will be required upon check-in. Should you be in the process of making a reservation or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office to make alternative arrangements.
