The Majestic Stonehouse No 1 is a self-catering apartment located in Kalk Bay, Cape Town.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a central dining table. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available. Leading from the kitchen the lounge area which has a Smart TV, from which guests can access their own various online streaming accounts. The apartment has uncapped Wi-Fi.
Through the sliding doors is a balcony with a table and chairs as well as braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking as well as access to the communal swimming pool and gym facilities.
The Majestic Village has a backup generator that ensures guests are unaffected by loadshedding.
