Great potential, but seriously let down by poor upkeep and support. Unfortunately, our recent stay at this accommodation was disappointing due to several issues that affected our comfort and convenience. To start with, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a three-night stay, which was clearly not enough. The bathroom light bulb was fused and not working throughout our stay. The fridge also did not work properly, even after adjusting the temperature settings, and the deep freezer was unusable due to the lack of an extension cord. The kitchen was under-equipped. There were no brooms or mops for cleaning, and the pots provided were too small. We also struggled with the Wi-Fi. The password given was incorrect, and it took four to five hours plus several WhatsApp messages and calls before we received the correct one. Peaceful. It could have been better. The host showed a lack of customer service and very poor communication. Our calls and messages were often ignored and rarely attended to. WiFi connected but without internet, and no one bothered to assist or attend to that after multiple efforts of trying to reach out in that regard. Very disappointing, especially for a cozy place like that one.

Most enjoyable stay. Loved the decor, minimalist in that there was no clutter but roomy enough for the 3 of us under wet and cold conditions. Beds were super comfortable and indoor fireplace great for heating the apartment at night. Undercover braai area was a plus.
