While the house is set in a very isolated location, we always felt completely safe and at ease throughout our visit. The home itself is stunning—well-equipped, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. We especially loved relaxing in front of the fireplace in the evenings and soaking in the jacuzzi under the stars. Our kids had a blast exploring the wide open gardens and taking walks around the nearby pond. It’s a perfect spot to disconnect and truly unwind. A few things to keep in mind for future guests: the house could use a few extra two-prong plug adapters for charging devices, and network connectivity drops off about 1 km before you reach the house—so definitely plan your route ahead and download maps in advance. Also, the dirt road leading to the property can be tricky to navigate at night, so aim to arrive before dark if possible. All in all, it was a fantastic and memorable trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the noise and enjoy nature in comfort!

Luxury house in beautiful location. We just returned from the best weekend at The Mulberry House. We are a couple with four young adult children, and the house suited us perfectly. It is stylishly decorated throughout and has everything you might need when away from home. The location is beautiful with the most amazing views. Our host was friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Ons is vriendelik ontvang en bederf met vrugte, plaaseiers en beskuit. Die area het pragtige natuursones, ruwe koppies en baie mooi voëllewe. Dit is op 'n werkende plaas met vrugteboorde; dit is nie so duidelik op die foto's nie, maar daar is 'n draad tussen die huis en die dam en die hele plaas is omring met groot heinings, so as jy wil stap in die veld moet jy bietjie vra oor hoe om dit te doen.
