Description
The Neighbour's Farm Homestead is a self-catering farmhouse located on a working regenerative farm near Stellenbosch, in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Blending timeless charm with contemporary comfort, the homestead offers a tranquil rural escape just 29 km from Cape Town International Airport.
The farmhouse accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed. A single sleeper couch is available in a separate area for an additional guest. The first and second bathroom is fitted with a toilet and a bath. The third bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet. The fourth bathroom is fitted with a toilet and a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, an indoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi. The house opens onto an expansive deck with a braai area and a heated swimming pool. Wi-Fi is available throughout the interior of the home, although the outdoor signal may be limited.
Additional features include access to fresh, seasonal produce grown on-site, panoramic mountain views, and abundant birdlife. Optional services include a private chef, guided farm walks, on-site yoga, and regenerative living workshops.
Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement; however, guests are required to bring their own pet bedding. Parking is available on the premises.
