Description

The Pines at Dondini Trout Farm is a quality self-catering cottage situated on Dondini Trout Farm; a 25.3-hectare property at the top end of the Kamberg Valley bordering on Highmoor Nature Reserve. Dondini is a beautiful property with stunning scenery, it has 2 large, regularly stocked trout dams as well as 1.5 km of Little Mooi river frontage, providing excellent fly fishing opportunities.

The Pines Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a shower en-suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas stove and an electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table. The lounge area features a fireplace and opens to a covered deck with seating and outdoor dining furniture overlooking Classic dam. There is a built-in outside braai in the garden nearby.
A thatched lapa is available on the farm for communal gatherings, with its own braai and fireplace.

The peaceful and tranquil environment is a perfect venue to relax and unwind. There are lovely walks, short hikes and mountain biking on-site as well as longer excursions available in Highmoor Nature Reserve, a couple of kilometers away. Glengarry 9-hole golf course is nearby, approximately 5 kilometres away.
