The Shades 41 is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure building in Umhlanga, approximately 500 m away from the main beach and the promenade. It makes for an ideal homebase for friends and family from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal city.
This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a shared bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. A washing machine is available for added convenience. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV with streaming services. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private balcony with an outdoor dining area, a gas braai and views of the surroundings. The property boasts a communal swimming pool, gardens, braai facilities and a communal laundry room. Secure parking is available on the premises.
