The Strelitzia House offers relaxed self-catering accommodation in the charming coastal town of Struisbaai, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a peaceful seaside getaway. Conveniently located just minutes from the beach, this spacious and well-equipped holiday home blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
The main house can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the remaining bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or a shower.
A separate, self-contained flat features a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The flat’s living area has 2 single beds and a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, 2-plate stove, small oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The main living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine is also available for added convenience. The kitchen leads to a dining area with a 10-seater table, which flows into a comfortably furnished lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with streaming services, selected DStv channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Guests can enjoy a braai in the enclosed garden, relax in the cosy living areas, or explore nearby attractions. The beautiful fynbos property in front of the house belongs to the owners, and a footpath leads directly to the road, offering quick access to the beach and local shops. Secure parking is provided.
