ThirtyTwoB on Salmon Bay is a private retreat situated above Ballito’s coastline, offering uninterrupted 180° views of the Indian Ocean and direct beach access.
The property accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen-size beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bedroom 4 is separate from the main house and has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Bedroom 5 is also separate from the main living area and contains a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, a small kitchenette, and a private verandah.
The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, built-in water filter, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery. The home features a private plunge pool with ocean views, air-conditioning in every room, and TVs with full DStv access throughout. Additional facilities include fibre Wi-Fi, solar power, a safe, a gas and wood-burning braai, and both a housekeeper and gardener on-site.
Guests have access to a private path leading directly to the beach. The property is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other beaches in Ballito.
