What a lovely experience! After reading some past reviews, I was quite worried and sceptical about staying at Thula Guesthouse. Now I can safely say that I would highly recommend guests to stay at the farm. We booked the guesthouse for 14 people. The house is absolutely neat. The grassy area around the house does have animal droppings, but that's to be expected as it is a farm. We didn't mind. If people did experience issues in the past, those have clearly been attended to. The host on the farm was very polite and on call, no problems. The maids were very polite as well. We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We are a noisy bunch and felt free to enjoy without having to worry about being restricted. The farm experience was one to remember.

We had a great time. We had a lovely stay at Thula Guest Farm. Almost every room has its own bathroom, nice hot water and good beds and mattresses. I was impressed with how clean the place was. A cleaner came in every day and it was a lovely treat. Poor upkeep and maintenance of a place that could be lovely. There was a dirt road of approximately 5 km. Unfortunately, due to rains, the road had areas that were muddy.
