Gorgeous views, fully equipped, newly refurbished. Very clean! Perfect for a family! This place was a gem of a find. The townhouse is located within a few mins walk to two of the best beaches in Southbroom and the village. It has wonderful views of the ocean. You can hear the waves as you sleep. We are a family with 3 small children under 5 and a teenager. The layout of the house was perfect for us with room for everyone. The beds were comfy and the linen fresh. The property has just undergone a refurbishment so it is in excellent condition. It's been recently painted. The kitchen is well equipped and the open plan setup worked well for our family. The unit is private even though it is in a cluster of a few townhouses. The unit opens out onto a large grassy communal lawn (we were the only people who used it) and there is a gated swimming pool. All of the grounds were 100% safe for young children. It was such a relief knowing they could run around and not get into any danger. The braai facilities were excellent. Security at the property is top notch with an alarm, beams and security gates. The owner of the property is readily accessible via Whatsapp and tended to all of our requests in a speedy and efficient manner. The Smart TV was useful. There is DSTV available which the children were happy with. There is no wifi at the property but I did know this in advance and made a plan to bring my LTE router with me (Telkom LTE works well in Southbroom). We connected it up to the Smart TV and our devices and we had no issues with streaming. We will most definitely be back and I will be recommending this unit to my friends and family. We have stayed in over 10 different units in Southbroom over the years and this one is my favourite when you take the view, location, amenities, layout, safety, security and price into consideration! A++++.

Beautiful and convenient location, nice big rooms, we had a lovely holiday. 5 Tibouchina is in a lovely location, with awesome views. The house itself has nice sized rooms and all the necessary amenities. It is a pity that the downstairs area is uncomfortably furnished. We were disappointed at the level of general cleanliness of the unit on arrival. There are a few broken lights that need to be fixed. The domestic helper in this unit is poorly trained, generally disinterested and unfriendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Southbroom and this is a super complex. We would come again to a different unit perhaps. I do think that at the price it is cheeky that we have to provide own toilet paper and washing up liquid. All in all a great holiday.

I loved the house. it's was a home away from home. We enjoyed our holiday. the house is absolutely amazing and we are definitely going to come back for a longer stay.

Dit was nou 'n lekker vakansie! Ons het bederf gevoel! Baie dankie! Die huis is goed geleë. Nie so naby die see nie, maar het 'n mooi uitsig. Die huis is baie gemaklik en ruim, veral as jy dit met 7 ander volwassenes moet deel! Die swembad is ook terdeë geniet! Alles baie netjies en skoon, baie dankie!

Fully equipped self-catering. Nothing missing in this house, we enjoyed our stay. Home away from home.
