Well worth it. The place was nice for the kids; they enjoyed themselves. I thought it would be an issue that there was no WiFi, but it was actually good because the kids got to enjoy the place and even made some new friends.

Tidy, well maintained and comfortable. The apartment was comfortable and we had a good stay. I would like to suggest a dishwasher as the dishes needed a good wash before use.

A great experience, we will be back. I'd like to thank the owner for the awesome time we had using his unit in Topanga. The unit is very well equipped which in some holiday places we have stayed in is not the case.

Excellent. We had a great time, the house was clean, the pool was clean, and the beach was not far from the flat.

We had an awesome time. I would definitely recommend anyone with family to go. We enjoyed ourselves. The kids had a lovely time. Just a few things to add: please get fun activities for the kids, maybe a jumping castle and swings. The place was very beautiful. Also, thank you to Billy; he responded immediately. Beautiful view, excellent privacy. We will definitely be back mid-June. Had a small incident where we wanted to use the duvet in the cupboard, but it was dirty and smelly. Overall, a good place.
