Towerkloof Cottage is a beautifully renovated bywoners’ cottage situated on the farm Rouxpos, nestled in a breathtaking gorge at the foot of the Klein Swartberg. Surrounded by rugged mountains and unspoiled natural beauty, this charming retreat offers guests an authentic Karoo farm experience with a touch of comfort and tranquillity.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The living area features a rustic farm-style kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, essential cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as an indoor wood-burning braai and a central dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge with a wood-burning fireplace.

Guests can enjoy an outdoor braai area, perfect for evenings under the stars. While there is no electricity, the cottage is fitted with solar lights and gas geysers to ensure a sustainable stay, though power banks are recommended. For the adventurous, an outdoor shower and a traditional bathtub beneath the pepper tree offer a refreshing and memorable experience. Secure parking is also provided.
