Warm, welcoming and incredible. We were well received by the guest house manager. The rooms were big, warm, fairly soundproof with amazing showers.

Great for overnight stays. Perfect location to Queens College. The room was very neat. The heated blanket was perfect for a chilly night. Great spot for an overnight stay and 2 minutes' walk from Queens College, which was perfect for derby days. Ample parking behind the electric gate. Would definitely be back.
