One of our favourite Komani stop-overs. This was our second happy stay at Tranquil House, and it will certainly remain a firm favourite stopover. I did report that the shower temperature was playing havoc, seemingly because this unit shares a system with other units/the kitchen, so I recommend getting up earlier than the hadedahs. As before, service was great. Such a friendly bunch, and their amazing fit-for-a-king breakfast is a huge drawcard!

Comfortable and good value for money. It is indeed a tranquil place. Simple, comfortable accommodation. Superb value for money. The breakfast, at extra cost, was well worth the extra. Staff were bubbly and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable stay. Tranquil House is a really comfortable, clean and safe place to stay. The room was well equipped with tea, coffee, milk, etc. There is an electric blanket on the bed if needed. The only problem we had was the noise of other guests arriving in the middle of the night, talking with loud voices and disturbing us.

Absolutely worth every penny, it was also peaceful. Absolutely beautiful and restful with very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Ample safe parking too.

Awesome and relaxing. Went to Queenstown for my sister's funeral. This was the best choice ever to stay at Tranquil House. After a very emotionally draining day, we could go back to Tranquil House and have a peaceful, relaxing time. We needed some tongs to braai and were assisted with the necessary things immediately by the manageress on site. The beds are also very comfortable. Thank you, Tranquil House; I will definitely be back sometime soon.

Excellent, the rooms have enough space also. The stay was excellent except for the municipality not looking after the queen of the border towns with electricity. No plugs could be used for boiling water chargers. The staff was excellent and so was the food. Keep it up.
