Conveniently located near DHL Stadium & restaurants. The location is excellent for a short visit to Greenpoint & the Greenpoint area. Contractors unfortunately worked on the unit above Trendy on Friday & Monday & were very noisy. On Saturday night some of the residents were out & about & made a bit of noise, but we were happy to be out until late. The bed & bedding could do with an upgrade.

Convenient studio at a great location. Although the studio is small, it has everything you need for staying in Cape Town. It is nicely decorated and very well located, close to the promenade and to bars & restaurants. Communication with the hosts went very well.

Nice apartment with modern appliances, but lights were a nightmare. They had dimmer switches that would not go off easily and the bathroom light stayed on for our entire visit. The location was good for us as we were there for the 7s rugby and the stadium was only just over a km away. Street parking was hectic because of rugby, but would normally be fine.
