We had an amazing time. It was our second time going to Troutmere and it was just as exceptional as the first time. The accommodation has everything that you need. Our dogs had the best time, and we had the comfort of knowing they were safe in our fenced-off area. Watching the sunsets, cows, and horses was the best way to spend our weekend.

Quiet relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Lovely peaceful venue which is very private. Well laid out, well equipped house with a great outdoor entertainment area. Mandla was fantastic at looking after us. The cleanliness of the kitchen could be much better. WiFi a bit intermittent.

Lovely farm worth while. We really enjoyed the location. It was truly beautiful and loads to do. There is an option to rent quads, pick-up cars and horses. We rented the quads and had a lovely time on the farm as it's a massive farm with loads to do. The fishing was not too bad; we got one trout and loads of bass. We are quite keen anglers and really struggled to get trout, so I can't say how often they stock. If you like to get trout, don't fish the two dams close to the house and go to the upper dam close to the owner's house with the boat. Olive colours seem to work best. The downside was we ran out of toilet paper, as well as one of the rooms was not properly cleaned before we arrived, and the floors were a bit dusty. But all in all, still a lovely place to visit and we really enjoyed it.

Baie rustig en mooi, rus vir die siel. Met aankoms is ons vriendelik gegroet en gery na die huis. Die plaas is in 'n goeie toestand en is werklik baie mooi. Die huis was baie skoon en netjies met aankoms, en die mense was baie akkommoderend op ons addisionele versoeke. Vis het ongelukkig nie gebyt nie, so ons sal vir seker moet terug gaan.

Rustige naweek wegbreek. Ons het heerlik gebly. Die huis is goed ingerig en die plaas is pragtig met paaie om te stap of draf. Die groot erf om die huis was great vir die honde. Hulle kon verken sonder dat ons hoef bekommerd te wees. Die personeel was ongelooflik vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die huis het wel aandag binne en buite nodig om netjies te wees.

An amazing weekend away. We went away with 4 adults, 1 baby and 5 dogs and we had the most amazing time! All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Our fur babies had the best time, as the area around the house is fenced off they were completely safe to run around freely. We could also freely walk around the farm which was beautiful. The Dullstroom town is right down the road and made a good day out. We will definitely be going back again.

Beautiful setting, very pet friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Troutmere. The house is big and spacious, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The large yard was fenced in so our busy dogs could run around safely. They also loved the long walks on the farm. The house is beautifully situated on a dam.
