Superb. And what a view! Superb – we will be back. Great home, atmosphere and location. The home was well furnished, equipped and well cared for. No complaints whatsoever – it will be great when the fireplace is working, but that's a minor thought. We can't wait to return.

Unpleasant I am writing to share my recent experience with the rental property I booked through your agency and to address the unpleasant stay I had during the entire duration of my visit. Upon arrival at the property, I was impressed by the beautiful house and was initially looking forward to a pleasant stay. However, it saddens me to report that my experience was marred by several unsettling incidents. The most distressing of which occurred when my guests and I were abruptly asked to vacate the premises by the agency's representatives, who arrived with both police and security personnel. This was an incredibly distressing and humiliating experience, especially as it occurred when we were in the midst of our stay. Furthermore, to our shock and dismay, the agency's representatives entered the property while we were sleeping and insisted that we vacate the premises immediately. The entire ordeal was handled in a manner that was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. It goes without saying that this experience has left a lasting impact and has greatly diminished my confidence in your agency and the properties it represents. I sincerely hope that this unsettling experience can be addressed promptly and amicably. As a loyal customer and a proponent of your agency's services, I would appreciate a resolution that not only rectifies the distressing treatment we received but also helps re-establish the trust and confidence I had in your agency. I kindly request a full investigation into the matter and a genuine effort to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate appropriate compensation or alternative arrangements for the distress and inconvenience caused by this ordeal. The accommodation at Turtle Drum is absolutely beautiful, especially the views from the patio. It is an amazing place to stay at. It is a bit rustic, but highly recommended.

Perfect spot to just chill. Just beautiful and so peaceful. We will return.

Great location but really needs attention. Great location, right on beach, great to take dogs but house needs maintenance at the current rates we expect to have house in better condition.
