Unpleasant I am writing to share my recent experience with the rental property I booked through your agency and to address the unpleasant stay I had during the entire duration of my visit. Upon arrival at the property, I was impressed by the beautiful house and was initially looking forward to a pleasant stay. However, it saddens me to report that my experience was marred by several unsettling incidents. The most distressing of which occurred when my guests and I were abruptly asked to vacate the premises by the agency's representatives, who arrived with both police and security personnel. This was an incredibly distressing and humiliating experience, especially as it occurred when we were in the midst of our stay. Furthermore, to our shock and dismay, the agency's representatives entered the property while we were sleeping and insisted that we vacate the premises immediately. The entire ordeal was handled in a manner that was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. It goes without saying that this experience has left a lasting impact and has greatly diminished my confidence in your agency and the properties it represents. I sincerely hope that this unsettling experience can be addressed promptly and amicably. As a loyal customer and a proponent of your agency's services, I would appreciate a resolution that not only rectifies the distressing treatment we received but also helps re-establish the trust and confidence I had in your agency. I kindly request a full investigation into the matter and a genuine effort to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate appropriate compensation or alternative arrangements for the distress and inconvenience caused by this ordeal. Lieflike ligging reg teen die see - priceless. Die huis se ligging is puik, selfs beskut teen die Suidooster met groot skuifdeure. Die huis is ingerig met alles wat jy nodig het en die feit dat ons ons honde kon saamneem was 'n bonus. Maar die ligging bly 'n absolute hoogtepunt!

The accommodation at Turtle Drum is absolutely beautiful, especially the views from the patio. It is an amazing place to stay at. It is a bit rustic, but highly recommended.

Perfect spot to just chill. Just beautiful and so peaceful. We will return.

Views were great, very pleasant stay. Wonderful location, bathrooms a bit outdated, otherwise lovely venue.

Great location but really needs attention. Great location, right on beach, great to take dogs but house needs maintenance at the current rates we expect to have house in better condition.
