Pleasant stay in the Riebeek Valley! We'll definitely be back! We enjoyed our stay at Twin Trees Cottage. Next time we hope to stay longer in this delightful village. The fireplace was lovely, and we look forward to coming back for the pool in summer. Our hosts were friendly and responsive and made sure we had all we needed for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend Twin Trees Cottage!

Lovely stay in the valley! We had a lovely stay in Twin Trees Cottage, it had everything we needed and was cozy and comfortable. The town is about a 10-minute walk away, with lovely walks in close proximity to the cottage. We will definitely be back!

Everything you need for a self-catering weekend, well appointed, cosy and delight. I travelled with my son and family, two grandchildren. The house suited us perfectly and the lovely garden was a treasure trove of adventure for the children. The pool was most welcome. The only shortfall was that there is only one bathroom with one toilet in the same room. For a property that can sleep 6, this is a little bit of a challenge.

Average. Goedjies wat mens sal nodig het vir braai was missing. In oorsig nie gesê dat dit in 'n residential area is nie, dus was foto's misleidend, veral foto 20 wat mens die idee gee dat dit nie naby ander mense is nie. Sal dit slegs aanbeveel vir gesinne en nie vriende wat 'n naweek weg wil hê nie.

We do apologise that you felt misled by photo 20. Riebeek Kasteel is, however, a well-known tourist village with many people living in close proximity to each other. Our listing would have specified if we were a farm, so it is unfortunate that this misunderstanding has degraded our overall rating. We did have noise complaints from both our neighbours during your first night's stay, which has perhaps led to this negative review. We do take note of what our guests need and apologise for not making it clear where the braai utensils were.

Convenient and very pleasant cottage in the heart of the winelands. Michelle was a super-responsive host, the cottage was lovely and welcoming. We were quite close to the amenities of Riebeek Kasteel and enjoyed the small-town feel of things. We'd recommend this host and cottage!
