The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful and definitely a place to visit again. We had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed with a roaring fire that warmed the house. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view was breathtaking.

Delightful relaxed stay, lots of birdlife and great views. We had a lovely relaxed stay at Verkijken. The cottage has an old farmhouse feel with tasteful, modern decor. The views and birdlife at the cottage are incredible and we spent our evenings on the stoep taking it all in. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Absolutely amazing. It was amazing - Eva and her team were 'hands-on' all the way! Facilities were more than enough and we had a lovely weekend. The nature was breathtaking (even if we didn't play well together again) and friends, who are 'avid' bird watchers, were 'in awe' of all the bird life.

Relaxing and beautiful! We had a lovely relaxing stay. The place was very clean and neat. A very comfortable stay and the view from the cottage is incredible. I would highly recommend this place. The staff were very helpful and it was such a bonus for the place to be serviced daily.
