Vermont Vista is a self-catering house located at the highest point in Vermont, offering spectacular sea and mountain views. This recently renovated holiday home is ideal for families looking for a spacious and comfortable escape. With multiple relaxation areas throughout the house, it provides a casual and inviting setting for a restful getaway.
This double story house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
On the lower level of the house, guests will find the kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The open-plan living area features a dining area with a TV area. The upper level has the games room with a TV, a dart board, table soccer, and board games. There is an outside patio with relaxing chairs and tremendous views.
A west-facing enclosed patio with stackable doors leads out from this space and features a gas braai, ideal for relaxed outdoor cooking. This patio opens onto a stepped garden with a fire pit and offers beautiful sunset views. The swimming pool is located on the northern side of the house, accessed directly from the TV room. It enjoys ample sunlight throughout the day, and loungers are provided for guests to relax and enjoy the poolside area.
The house has a double garage with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, has an Inverter to cover power outages, and secure parking in a double garage with 2 extra off-street parking spaces.
