Ons het net daar geslaap, maar die verblyf was skoon, veilig en gerieflik. Met ons aankoms het hulle ons verwag. Die persoon aan diens het ons na ons kamers vergesel en seker gemaak dat ons reg is. Hulle het ook 'n fasiliteit gehad waar ons die fiets veilig kon berg deur die nag. Ons het nou wel net daar geslaap, maar hulle het ons kamers mooi skoon gemaak. Hulle het ook rondtes gedurende die nag gedoen om seker te maak dat ons veilig is.

Not good at all. Not very good. No hot water to shower. Beds are not very nice to sleep on; they are very hard. No remotes for televisions. Very noisy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re always open to honest reviews, though we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. All rooms are equipped with working TVs and remotes, the shower mixer was not used correctly and you confirmed hot water was fully functional. Our beds are standard hospitality-grade mattresses chosen for guest comfort, though preferences vary. You did not like the other room and that shouldn’t erase all good things about the establishment. Not specific about the kind of noises and there was no complaint raised during your stay; we always address such concerns immediately when informed. We take great pride in providing clean, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation. Above all, you were one of our great guests. Thank you.
