Check out time should be at least 11am or 12pm. We checked in late due to bad weather, place was difficult to find and Villa Aqua was not the name of the apartment's location, so we drove around in the dark for an hour trying to find the place. Eventually, we arrived just after 8pm and let us in. Check out time of 10am on Sunday was rather early.

Good day Melvin - Thank you for your review. We trust you enjoyed your stay at South Sands, Villa Aqua. Check-in and check-out times are on the web when bookings are made. You messaged us to say that you would probably not be able to check in before 7 pm, which we then arranged with our rental manager and confirmed with you. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to have check-out times later than 10 am (which is the standard in the industry) as we have to clean, do housekeeping, change linen, etc. when one group leaves before the next group arrives for check-in from 2 pm. We trust you still had a good time at our home away from home.

Wonderful stay. Will book there again. Wonderful stay at Villa Aqua. We booked there after a horrendous experience at Sea Glen Dunes, which was filthy and had rodents and flies. We had to move out immediately and booked next door at Villa Aqua. The hostess was excellent. She took us in ahead of check-in time since we were still traumatised from our experience with Sea Glen Dunes. Thank you. This place is amazing. We have recommended it to all our family and friends.
