Phenomenal. We had a fantastic stay, it had everything we needed. The scenery was beautiful and relaxing. My kids had so much fun as well. The host is just fantastic and so accommodating.

Beautiful apartment but don't recommend. We had a really lovely stay, a stunning apartment right on the beach. However, the managing agent made us aware that the complex was not safe and items could not be left even in the garage. She did not deliver the wine glasses that I reported as missing at the start of our stay. She also took two weeks and multiple contacts from both myself and the website to return our deposit, claiming it was because of a leaky toilet and a bathroom light not working—issues that we didn't report on arrival (lesson learnt!). She randomly offered to refund half, which I refuted and asked for a damage report and invoices. Eventually, it was refunded, less R50, which I still don't know what this was for. So for this reason I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment’s location and your overall stay. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the deposit and communication did not meet expectations. To clarify, wine glasses were available and offered, but you preferred not to receive them in person. For security reasons, we did not leave them unattended in the garage. Regarding the breakage deposit, as outlined in the house rules, any issues should be reported immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately, we received no communication from you during your stay regarding the reported maintenance concerns. As a result, the delay in processing the deposit was due to the time spent investigating these matters. The small deduction made was for minor maintenance not reported during check-in. However, we do understand how important clear communication and transparency are and will continue to work on improving the process. We truly appreciate all guest feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve our service.

Wat 'n lekker verblyf! Ons het 'n verskriklike lekker tyd gehad by Villa Delfini. Die eenheid is ruim, het 'n amazing hoofslaapkamer en die heel mooiste uitsig ooit. Alle huisbenodighede was vars en nuut, goeie kwaliteit linne en selfs swemhandoeke word verskaf. Die eenheid is mooi versorg. Ons het baie gerieflik gebly en die pragtige see-uitsig elke oomblik waardeer. Dankie dat jy altyd beskikbaar was en ons verblyf so gerieflik moontlik gemaak het.

Ongelooflike view, fantastiese ligging, amazing mense! Fantastiese plek! Anneline gaan absoluut in tot op die fynste detail om die plek so mooi, gerieflik en netjies te maak. Sal beslis teruggaan. Hierdie is 'n stukkie hemel op aarde.

Perfect location even in winter! The apartment is in an ideal location for shops, eating out and the beach. It has a great kitchen so you can easily self-cater. The beach right outside means you are lulled to sleep by the sea.
