Nice place. The stay was great, but the service from the manager that I tried to contact on Thursday via all means possible, and for him to only answer me on Sunday, when I checked out on Saturday already, was very poor.

The guest arrived at the property a couple of hours ahead of the scheduled 4pm check-in time, while the cleaner was still preparing the space. Although I had previously communicated the check-in time, the owner was fortunately on-site and kindly assisted. I chose not to follow up directly as I didn’t want to risk any tension, particularly since this was my last booking through the platform. At check-out, a few things were unfortunately overlooked: several windows were left open, the doors were unlocked, and the alarm was not set. I also received a call from Calibre Security regarding the keys, which had not been returned as expected. The guest initially mentioned the keys were with the security company, but after two days of searching, both the owner and I involved he let us know they had been left with a neighbour.

Decent, could have been better. The accommodation was decent. However, the posting says there is Wi-Fi but only once you receive the guidebook a day before your stay do you find out the Wi-Fi isn't unlimited and it runs out within a day.

Hi Liam, I hope you're well. Sorry for that experience! Unfortunately, St Francis is notorious for extremely bad WiFi, and most fibre providers have limited options in our area. We openly purchase additional data packages for guests upon request in order to combat this. (Fair use applies) We hope this explains our side.
