Disappointed was excited about the holiday. Did not start well, could not go in at 2, only at 17:00. They only started cleaning late and we had 2 little ones with us. The place was not cleaned properly and the gas bottle was empty; my husband had to phone and replace it. It is not a 6-bedroom and 6-bathroom place as advertised. We had to phone around for WiFi password. The pool heat pump did not work, so we could not swim. We did not have the whole house; 1 internal door separated us from the other guests. Was not able to get into the house via the garage door because their braai area was at the entrance of the garage door.
