Vista Oceana is an upmarket self-catering beachfront house located in the very desirable suburb of Manaba Beach, in Uvongo. The home is located in a safe area and is within walking distance, of 1 block, from the very popular Lilliecrona Boulevard and the sought-after but less busy Lucien swimming beach.
The property is classic and stylish, with beautiful wood laminated flooring and crystal chandeliers, and can accommodate 8 guests. The views from almost any part of this standalone property are simply amazing: 180-degree ocean views can be enjoyed from the tiled deck, various entertainment areas and a sparkling swimming pool. 3 of the 4 bedrooms also feature beautiful jaw-dropping sea views, with the open plan lounge, dining room and well-equipped kitchen being blessed with these same amazing views.
The home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and contains an extra-length king-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and washbasin. The second, third and fourth bedrooms each contain a double bed and a ceiling fan. The other 2 bathrooms have shower facilities.
The kitchen is fitted with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble-dryer for your convenience. The dining area contains a 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a TV with a DStv Premium package. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
The house is an entertainer’s dream, with various outside entertainment areas. The large front entertainment patio includes a gas braai, sun lounge chairs and an outside dining table to enjoy a braai with your family and friends. The inviting swimming pool will be the perfect cool-off place to enjoy cocktails with a view. Pets are more than welcome by prior arrangement
Two 5000-litre plumbed-in water tanks make water supply interruptions an issue of no concern. There is ample parking on the premises, including an automated double garage and open-air parking. The property is neatly rounded off by a stunning and well-maintained garden.
Uvongo is perfectly situated on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast with many attractions like the Wild Coast Sun and Casino and various golf courses within a short 30-minute drive away. Some of the other attractions worth visiting include, but are not limited to, the Oribi Gorge nature reserve, various pristine beaches and local restaurants.
