This magnificent timber-constructed villa is located within The Wakene Beach Estate in Ponta Malongane, Mozambique and offers an exceptional coastal retreat with breathtaking 180° ocean views.
The villa features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are each furnished with a double bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 3 single beds and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds, while bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature 2 single beds. These 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning for comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern conveniences such as 2 fridge-freezers, a chest freezer, a six-burner gas stove and oven, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, bean coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
