Please note that all facilities at the resort are cashless, and card payments are accepted.

Day visitors are permitted with 24 hours' prior notice directly to the resort. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit.

Guests must provide proof of identification, such as a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport, upon arrival. Without this proof, the resort may deny access. A confirmation letter, either in hard copy or digital form, must be presented at check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit of the same size as what is indicated in the confirmation letter.

If management deems that the guest party exceeds the maximum capacity of the unit, they may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may apply.

Guests are expected to respect the peace of other guests by ensuring there is no noise or disturbance, particularly after 22:00. Playing loud music at any time is not allowed, and failure to adhere to this policy may result in being asked to vacate the unit and resort.

The resort imposes group limits and booking conditions, with special check-in procedures, additional deposits, and indemnities. Guests booking for more than 12 people or part of a multi-party group should contact the resort directly for clarification.

During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be permitted to occupy accommodation at this resort unless accompanied by someone over the age of 25 for the duration of their stay. An additional breakage deposit will be required upon check-in during this period. If a booking is being made for this time, or if the reservation has been made specifically for student purposes, guests are advised to contact the reservations office to make alternative arrangements.

Renting out a unit without prior management approval is prohibited. Guests may not "split" their booking with individuals not listed on the official confirmation letter. If management determines that these conditions are not met, guests may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may be charged.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the resort property, including the unit and its contents. The damage costs may exceed the breakage deposit.

Signing an indemnity form is required, and only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to leave the resort.

Pets are not allowed, except for certified support animals. Violations of this policy may result in a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.

Smoking is prohibited in units, patios, or any buildings on the resort premises. Violations may result in a fine.

The resort accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to acts of God, theft, strikes, fire, or the actions or omissions of other persons, including government authorities, and any other circumstances beyond the resort’s control.

Due to recent heavy rains, some outdoor activities and facilities are temporarily unavailable. Availability of facilities will be dependent on the weather and property conditions present during your stay.
