Nestled in the heart of Gxarha (Morgan Bay), Waverley House offers the ideal coastal retreat with breathtaking views for the whole family and friends.
The spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and also features an en-suite with a shower and toilet. The remaining 3 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds, 1 of which includes its own en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to 2 additional bathrooms fitted with a toilet and a shower or bath, as well as a separate toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable couches. Upstairs, a second lounge offers the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the views.
Outside, guests can gather on the wooden deck complete with outdoor furniture and a braai area. For more relaxed evenings, there’s a covered braai space featuring a pizza oven and cosy seating. Secure parking is provided for the duration of the stay. Morgan Bay Beach is within easy walking distance, while Morgan Bay Cliffs lie close to the home.
