Breathtaking, beautiful and welcoming. Whale View Manor is absolutely beautiful. The team is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, especially the sea-facing rooms; the view is breathtaking. Our breakfasts and lunch were delicious and fresh. The guesthouse and spa are close to town, so very convenient. This was a leadership business event, and we hope to be back in the near future.

Pleasant. The reception was poor and the DStv wasn't working, so we missed the first half of the rugby. But we managed to get it going.

Very bad experience. After 2 hours after the check-in, we left horrified. Awful welcome from what we think was a cleaning lady dressed in a pink gym outfit, holding a newborn baby, barely speaking English and just saying we have to sign the check-in papers. Then she took us to our bedroom, which was dated, old, and a stinky dirty room. The TV was not working, the carpet was so old and dirty. It was awful. We decided to leave the accommodation and move somewhere else. I will never recommend such a place to anyone I know.
