Wildlife & Ocean Retreat is a unique and inviting home that offers a truly special experience, featuring its very own private wildlife viewing room, something few properties can boast. Nestled along the edge of the Cape Point Nature Reserve, guests can wake up to breathtaking sunrises and the chance to spot zebra, ostrich, eland, bontebok, and other wildlife right from the comfort of the house.
Located in a peaceful street, the home is full of charm and character. It can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a tranquil escape surrounded by nature. The main bedroom upstairs is furnished with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and boasts sweeping views over the Cape Point Nature Reserve and the ocean. The second bedroom downstairs is also furnished with a king-size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds, respectively. The fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, while the other bathroom is shared, fitted with a bath and shower.
The open-plan design includes a welcoming living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and spaces designed for both comfort and privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
