Stay was very nice but welcome was very bad including check-in issues upon arrival. The place was fantastic with beautiful garden scenery and we enjoyed the pool. We did not receive a warm welcome as expected. Upon arrival, we were told there were other guests in our room and we would have to wait until Yvonnie takes their belongings out. We waited while she had to clean the place. We were told by Susan the cleaners would clean in the morning, but all the bins were not taken out, Yvonnie did not sweep or mop. We had to ask for toilet rolls, towels and cleaning utensils. We were not given a tour around the place and were not informed of anything about the place's facilities besides the pool and braai area. Great place but very bad reception and welcome. The WiFi signal was bad.
