It has all the basic amenities you need, making it an ideal stop if you're heading on a trip to Botswana. Tucked away in nature, the camp feels wonderfully secluded. At night, we were treated to the unforgettable sound of lions roaring in the distance and the deep grunts of hippos echoing from the river—an incredible soundtrack to fall asleep to in the heart of the bushveld. During our visit, the Mokolo River was in full flood, creating a beautiful, water-rich landscape that added to the sense of adventure.
