Disillusioned and disappointed. Definitely not a nice stay. The best part is when we go from Zimbali to Ballito or Umhlanga. Everywhere we want to go, like the swimming pool or sports facilities, we need an access card that Zimbali Suite reception won't issue to us. The piece of paper is not sufficient.
