1 On Fairway is a spacious overnight studio with a private entrance located on the owner’s property in the heart of Bayswater, Bloemfontein. This is an ideal option for corporate travellers as this flatlet does not experience load shedding due to it being powered by solar panels.

This open-plan flatlet can accommodate 2 guests at a time and contains a queen-size bed fitted with crisp white linen as well as plenty of cupboard space for guests’ luggage. A shower, double vanity and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom. Bath towels are also provided for guests.

Additionally, there is a coffee station equipped with a bar fridge and a microwave as well as a tea and coffee tray. For those wanting to get some work done, a work desk and free Wi-Fi are available in the unit. A TV with selected DStv channels is also available.

Guests are afforded secure covered parking behind a remote-controlled gate. The location of this property is within easy reach of the R700 as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
