101 Bermuda is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated on the beachfront in Ballito. The apartment offers 180-degree ocean views from the patio and living area.

This ground-floor, air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a 3-quarter bed that has a pull-out mattress bed. Each bedroom is also fitted with a ceiling fan. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the second bathroom has a bath.

The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Smeg oven and stove, as well as a washing machine. The adjacent lounge leads out onto the covered patio, which has a table with benches and lovely ocean views to admire. Uncapped Wi-Fi Internet access is also available in the flat.

The complex has a communal braai area and a fully-fenced swimming pool, and there are outside cameras and an alarm system for security. In addition, the complex is opposite Willard Beach, and within close proximity to the well-known Mozambik restaurant, the Ballito boardwalk, and other facilities in the area.
