Delicious and comfortable. We feel very privileged with the place we stayed in. It is very neat, well located and right by the beach. The place is fully equipped with everything you need. Christine is a wonderful host. They were able to help us with all our queries and needs. From advice, a little more about Melkbos, and also a charger for my phone. By mistake we packed the charger back home and will return it with a courier.

Perfect in every way - accommodation, cleanliness, safety and location! Our stay was lovely and exceeded our wildest expectations! We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home by our hosts. The location is absolutely perfect - the beach is just across the road. Our 10-year-old granddaughter arrived for a visit from Dubai and she loved the sea - there was no keeping her out of it despite the cold and wet weather! We have no hesitation in recommending 140 on Beach for a visit to Melkbosstrand. Our sincere thanks to our hosts for their part in making Zoey's first visit to South Africa a memorable one.

Fabulous! The hosts are fabulous, they were very friendly and accommodating. The property is a couple of steps away from Melkbos beach, which makes the location perfect. We had a lovely stay, the flat was perfect, neat and clean and perfect for a couple and one child. The only thing it’s missing is a full-length mirror and the TV screen needs to be fixed. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay, excellent value for money! We had a wonderful stay! The owners are very friendly and the unit has everything you need. Walking distance to shops and just across the street is the beach!
