Excellent location and well run apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and stocked. We will definitely return as a couple. The main bedroom is open plan kitchen/dining/TV, so when our adult daughter wanted to watch TV or grab something from the kitchen, it was part of our main bedroom, so it lacks a bit of privacy. That said, the brochure pic does reflect that so I should have paid better attention. The property manager is very responsive and efficient. The apartment block is very secure, parking good and location excellent - a stone's throw from Ficks pool and within walking distance to good restaurants.

Nice position close to all the amenities. I would recommend, but I would tell them to choose the sea view apartment, which I thought we did as well. Also, I put in a request for MCC on arrival (R400) as proposed on the check-in form, but it wasn't provided. Why put it on the check-in form if you don't provide that service?

Thank you for your review, Simona. We appreciate your feedback. However, it is stated in the listing description that this is not a sea-facing unit. 'Please note this apartment is not sea-facing, there are only partial sea views from the balcony.' Regarding romantic turndowns, we do offer and provide this service 'from R450.' However, we require this payment prior to arrival, which we did not receive from you. We apologise for the misunderstanding regarding this.

Amazing location. A lovely apartment in an even better location. You can walk to Hermanus center and walk along the ocean promenade. The apartment layout worked perfectly for us with a toddler. We enjoyed our stay.
