Great apartment, poor hospitality. 223 Beacon Rock is a great apartment! In terms of size, decor, location and cleanliness, it is excellent. There are a few snags which need to be addressed, e.g. door locks, etc. My view is that either the host or owner (not sure where the source of the comms was from) provides very bad customer service. We visit KZN on a regular basis and would have loved to return to 223 Beacon Rock, but due to the lack of hospitality, I would rather book another apartment at Beacon Rock and not 223.
