Asemrowend. Bitter netjies en stylvol. Ongeëwenaarde mooi plek en vir seker waarde vir prys. As ek te kort kan noem is dat jy van eie DStv pakket gebruik moet maak en was nie vooraf gewaarsku nie.

Amazing, worth every penny. We had the pleasure of staying at 25 on First for my nephew's 21st birthday celebration this weekend. The house truly exceeded our expectations and no photo can do justice to how beautiful and spacious the house is. We were 13 guests that stayed over. The kitchens are all fully equipped and every meal prep was such a breeze in these beautiful and modern kitchens. The house was sparkling clean when we got there and the host was so kind, welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool with the beautiful night lights and jacuzzi was the highlight! The entertainment area at the back has a beautiful stacking door that allows one to open it and it allowed us to have a full view over the kids around the swimming pool whilst we were braaiing. Sitting on the balcony and having our morning coffee was so therapeutic as we watched the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. I could go on and on about how this place exceeded our expectations and truly allowed us to have such a special family gathering. We simply cannot wait to return.

Super amazing home. I highly recommend 25 On First. What a beautiful, amazing house, definitely value for the price. Carina is an amazing host, always ready to assist. Thank you once again for hosting our massive family; we really had a super great time and lots of memories were made.

Great place, family friendly, highly recommended. We stayed at 25 on First as a group of 14, and it was an absolute gem! The house is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups without feeling crowded. The common areas are perfect for socialising, and we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub – they added a fun and relaxing touch to our stay. The kitchens are fully equipped, making meal preparation for a large group a breeze. The location is fantastic. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a large group gathering or family getaway. We’re already planning our next visit!

The holiday was truly an enjoyable experience. 25 on First was absolutely perfect! It was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing, ideal for a big family. The place was safe and spotless, making it a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend it to others.
