So tuis gevoel. Ons kom weer! ’n Pragtige plek met ’n hartlike verwelkoming. Die ligging is uitstekend – naby aan alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Ons sal beslis weer hier kom kuier!

A perfect little getaway — cozy, modern, and beyond expectations. We’ve stayed at many places, but this small unit truly stood out. It had everything we needed—and so much more! The kitchenette and modern en-suite were beautifully done and made our stay feel extra special. It’s just a pity we could only stay for one night, but we’ll definitely be back. Next time, we’ll be sure to enjoy the lovely private courtyard together!

A memorable stay that became so much more. A memorable stay that became so much more. I’ll begin with what made this place truly excellent: its location. Just 1.5 km from Netcare Hospital, where we spent most of our time, it was a comfort to be so close. Dischem was nearby for essentials Dad needed, Spar provided us with wholesome, homemade meals, and the shopping mall was just around the corner when we needed a formal shirt for a meeting. Everything was within reach, making a difficult time just a little easier. As for the hospitality—Maria, you went above and beyond. Fresh towels, crisp bed sheets, and the unexpected gift of homemade jam made us feel cared for in ways we didn’t expect. It wasn’t just service; it was kindness. The value for money? Undeniable. The space was neat, clean, and tastefully decorated—clearly curated with love and attention. One of the most touching surprises was the sea view. In our grief, it offered a quiet kind of healing. Looking out over the ocean gave us moments of peace, a sense of freedom, and a place to breathe. The staff became part of our extended family. Gert, always there to open the gate as we left for hospital visits or returned, and Anette’s warm “goeie môre” each morning—these small gestures meant the world to us. Perhaps it’s the quiet, peaceful neighbourhood that ties it all together, but truly, every element worked in harmony to make our stay unforgettable. And the final proof? We will return—next time, in happier circumstances. Yes, definitely, we will. Maria, this is especially for you: thank you. You became family. You listened as I poured my heart out after Pa passed away on 2 October 2025. May God bless you abundantly for the comfort you gave us.
