28 on Twist offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely holiday home with sea views. This tastefully furnished holiday home is located just 250m from Castle Beach, the main swimming beach in the seaside village of Pearly Beach. Pearly Beach is situated along the migratory whale route, so the location is ideal for whale watching in season.
The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, has a TV, and a full selection of DStv channels. There is an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath, a toilet, and twin washbasins. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be converted to a king-size bed and is reached via a ladder. The third bedroom also contains 2 single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The house has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge presents an L-shaped couch and a fireplace. There is a separate TV room with couches and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
Stacker doors open to a deck with outdoor dining furniture, seating, a day bed, a hammock, and a kettle braai facility, as well as a fire pit with seating. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck. There is also an outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Secure parking is provided in an automated garage. There is palisade fencing around the house with electric fencing for your security. There is an automated gate, and the house also has an alarm system linked to a security company.
