Perfect, I will recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Bloemfontein. The owner is very nice and the accommodations are a safe place, nice and quiet. Our flight to Cape Town was in the evening. She was very understanding when we requested to check out later than the expected time. She allowed us to extend the time to stay so that at least we could leave a bit later than the check-out time.

I would not use this facility again. The room is very cramped, with no proper kitchen space or cloth to wipe and clean up dishes. The proprietor was not available on arrival, causing us to wait a long time and phone the website before we got help. There was no notice about Wi-Fi and we had to contact the proprietor, who took time to respond, initially telling us there was no Wi-Fi, but there was. The electricity is on a pay-as-you-go box and you are made hyper-aware of the usage. If it were to run out during the night, there would be no way of replenishing it in time. The shower was either boiling hot or icy cold. The choice of TV channels was very poor, with no evidence of a general news channel.

Thank you for your feedback. This was your third stay with us in the same room, and we can confirm that the room has not changed in size. We’d also like to clarify that we do not advertise Wi-Fi availability on the website. The Wi-Fi network you may have seen belongs to other tenants on the premises and is not intended for guest use. Our personal Wi-Fi is private and not listed as a guest amenity. Our security footage shows that you waited less than two minutes before I personally welcomed you at the gate. Additionally, I sent you a WhatsApp message to check if everything was in order in the room, and I am still awaiting your response. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and fortunately, Bloemfontein offers a variety of budget-friendly accommodation options that may better suit your needs. Ek slaap nooit weer elders nie. Ek het die afgelope ruk taamlik gereeld in Bloem oornag en hierdie is sonder twyfel die beste waarde vir geld. My kamer was nie baie groot nie, maar netjies en goed ingerig - onder andere met 2 nuwe enkelbeddens. Die huis is maklik bereikbaar van die N1 af en baie naby aan 'n groot nuwe winkelsentrum. Perfek vir my doeleindes.
