305 Manor Gardens is a self-catering apartment overlooking Ballito's main surfing and bathing beach.

The three bedrooms can sleep up to six people. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities, all with walk-in showers plus a bath in the main bathroom. Each bedroom has direct access to the through sliding doors to a huge wrap around balcony with panoramic views up and down the coastline.

This fully air-conditioned apartment comes with modern decor and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an open-plan dining and lounge area with complementary WiFi, satellite TV, Netflix and Showmax.
