309 on Titanium is a gorgeous self-catering studio situated in a secure complex in the heart of Paardevlei, Somerset West. Enjoy the smell and sounds of the ocean and take in all the sights of the Helderberg Mountain Range from the balcony.

This beautiful studio can comfortably accommodate 2 guests and features an open-plan design. It is furnished with a king-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. A beach bag and 2 beach towels are provided for guests' use, but they must be returned to the apartment and left at 309 on Titanium.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from this kitchen is a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

During load shedding, an inverter provides backup power inside the apartment, and during office hours, the building's generator ensures an uninterrupted power supply. The location of this property is close to the N2 highway and is also close to Somerset Mall.
