31 Commodore is a spacious holiday home located in Sparrebosch, Knysna, and is an ideal option for a memorable family getaway on the scenic Garden Route.

This property can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom, which opens onto a balcony, is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the fourth has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the third bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a TV offering a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Additionally, the living area opens to the covered patio, where guests can enjoy a braai or take a dip in the Jacuzzi. On hot summer days, there is a lovely swimming pool area with an outdoor dining table.
