Perfect for my needs: clean, comfortable, safe. I was in JHB for the weekend for a family celebration. Hostess connected beforehand to check on arrival time and whether I required anything additional to what is supplied. She was welcoming upon arrival. (What a joy to have a wall heater and electric blanket in JHB winter!) Other family members stayed in Unit 2 and this arrangement worked out perfectly for our weekend in JHB.
